Objectives
Theology Journal of Digital Religion Review (TJDR) is an international peer-reviewed journal dedicated to exploring the intersection of theological inquiry and digital transformation. We aim to bridge the gap between traditional spiritual doctrines and the evolving digital landscape.
Scope
We invite submissions that cover, but are not limited to, the following themes:
- Digital Theology: Theological reflections on internet culture, artificial intelligence, and virtual realities.
- Digital Liturgy & Rituals: Analysis of online worship, digital sacraments, and religious practices in cyber-spatial environments.
- Digital Religion & Society: The impact of social media on religious identity, community building, and digital proselytization.
- Ethical Inquiries: Ethical challenges in the age of big data, AI, and digital surveillance from a religious perspective.
- Digital Faith Movements: The rise of online-born religious movements and digital pastoral care.
