Peer Review Process
Some policies in the review of TJDR:
- The article should be written in good English.
- Editorial Peer-Review: The Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, and Editorial Boards will evaluate the submitted paper on a prequalification step to check its suitability, such as whether it meets the basic requirements and the focus and scope of TJDR. This step requires 1-2 weeks. After that, the authors are informed whether their submission is declined or sent to the reviewer through double-blind peer review.
- Reviewer: The selected article will be reviewed by one or two reviewers. Reviewers ensure the quality of the manuscript, including the title, abstract, method, results and discussion, conclusion, and references. Reviewers may accept, reject, or require revision (minor/major).
The editor-in-chief has the final authority to make decisions when there is disagreement among reviewers. TJDR aims to minimize the time between submission and publication while maintaining high standards.
Publication Frequency
TJDR is published biannually in January - June and July - December.
